We are committed to keeping you well and healthy. In order to ensure patient and visitor safety from exposure to the COVID-19 virus, Wellness Home at Northstar Healthcare has invested in mandatory vaccines for each member of our staff. As of April 1, 2021, our entire team has received both parts of the Moderna vaccine.

Wellness Home at Northstar Healthcare has also put several safeguards and protocols in place to make sure that our community can visit our practice fully confident that they are protected from exposure to COVID-19. In order to do this, we have put several health and safety protocols into place. These include the following:

• Enforcing social distancing by removing some seating and rearranging patient traffic flows.

• Enforcing a mandatory mask rule for all staff, vendors, and patients.

• Contactless payment options.

• All workspaces sterilized throughout the work day, with a nightly deep cleaning of the entire practice.

• Hand sanitizer provided in multiple locations throughout the practice.

• All visitors checked for COVID-19 symptoms before being granted entry.

• Any staff exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms are prohibited from work until passing a COVID test.
