Great news about our GetFit Weight Loss & Management GLP-1 Program (offered in partnership with Revolution Physical Therapy Weight Loss, a PT company with a special focus on obesity and helping people develop positive lifelong exercise and eating habits).
This 5 step program combines behavioral health support, physical activity, meal replacement products, ongoing medical monitoring, and a healthy dose of cheerleading from our amazing program coordinators, and it is working beyond expectations.
Join us in celebrating our 'biggest loser', Ms. J, who has lost 40 lbs so far. She is part of our Halsted weekend weight loss cohort that has, collectively, lost an amazing 200 lbs.
