Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Prior Authorization Coordinator- Project

Wellness Home Behavioral Health is seeking a proactive and experienced TMS Prior Authorization Coordinator for an exciting project. This unique opportunity offers a key role in implementing our new TMS Program,  with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader who will own the prior authorization process for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts and collaborating with providers to ensure all necessary documentation for medical necessity is in place. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

You will also serve as a vital link between the Wellness Home and our clients, using excellent communication skills to keep them informed about the progress of their authorizations. Working as part of a dedicated team with our consultant, you will ensure all authorizations are obtained in a timely and efficient manner, directly impacting our ability to provide essential care.
