At Wellness Home Behavioral Health we integrate mental health as an essential component of a holistic approach to health care. The Psychotherapist/Licensed Clinical Therapist (“Therapist”) is responsible for providing integrative comprehensive mental health services to patients of the Wellness Home Behavioral Health practice under the direction of the Behavioral Health Clinical Director and the Medical Director. The Therapist will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical care services and support to patient referrals.
The Therapist will work closely with members of the Behavioral Health and Primary Care teams to provide integrated, holistic mental health services to patients. The Therapist will understand and embrace the bio-psycho-social care model of care to help ensure the total physical and mental health of our patients. In this role, the Therapist would be comfortable and have experience in serving persons of color and self-identifying members of the LGBTQ+ and/or non-exclusive relationships (such as open or polyamory).
